In addition to the refund terms already stated in our general Terms & Conditions, FunnelFlux would like to address several other scenarios where refunds may be applicable and how these will be treated.

By registering an account with FunnelFlux and converting to an active subscription, you are agreeing to these refund policies.

FunnelFlux may in its sole discretion grant refunds even when these conditions are not met, but is under no obligation to do so.

Refunds for Trials and Accidental Activation

FunnelFlux offers free trials with no payment required, though a payment method must be provided

At the end of a trial, subscriptions will activate and charge the billing method on file.

Accidental activation is common and we are happy to reverse activation and refund recent charges in this case, or extend billing dates/trials to provide more testing time.

FunnelFlux goes to considerable lengths to reach out to customers who appear to be inactive and have not cancelled trials, including email sequences when logins are not detected, domains not added or other assets not created.

As a consumer, it is your responsibility to manage subscriptions and payments that you knowingly sign up for and consent to.

Users Who Become Inactive

Another common secnario is a user using FunnelFlux Pro for an extended period, then deciding to cease usage while forgetting to cancel.

First and foremost, it is the responsibility of any user/consumer to manage subscriptions in these situations. FunnelFlux accepts no liability for the extent of your platform usage or your failure to recognise that you no longer require services.

Furthermore, in accordance with EU laws regarding recurring billing, our system automatically sends notifications of upcoming recurring billing every month. As a user, you should ensure you are able to receive these emails to be aware of our invoices and recurring billing notices.

We also do monthly audits to look for customers who have not been seen for a considerable amount of time and may automatically reach out via email in regards to their subscription.

We do this at our discretion based on the available analytics and system usage data, which may include active tracking/redirect requests. In some cases a user may not log in for an extended period, but will have significant ongoing traffic coming through our system.

In such cases we may consider the user to be actively using the services and is thus subject to requiring an active subscription.

In all cases, whether FunnelFlux assess a user to be inactive and cancels or if you discover you have been billed unintentionally for a significant period, FunnelFlux will offer a maximum refund of the most recent 3 months of payments.

Once again we reiterate that it is the user's responsibility to manage ongoing subscription services, we take significant proactive efforts to reduce accidental billing, and we will not accept liability for more than 3 months of payments in any scenario.

Users Suspended for Breach of Terms

In the event of account suspension due to any breach of terms, such as:

The user will not be eligible for any refund and may have service terminated immediately.

Timeliness of Refunds

FunnelFlux will make refunds for payments up to 3 months old.

Whether a subscription was proactively cancelled by our team, the user, or due to billing method failure, FunnelFlux accepts no liability for payments occurring more than 3 months from any date of request

In all cases, FunnelFlux will only refund payments via their original billing method and will not make ad hoc bank transfers, PayPal payments or otherwise as a means of refunding payments.
